Delivery Information

We know how important fast and safe delivery is to everyone, so here at MonsterPink we endeavour to deliver all our gifts and parcels in the shortest possible time.

Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging. If you have bought an off the shelf product, it will where possible be despatched the same day, if not within 24 hours depending on time of purchase.

If you have bought a customised product please allow 2-3 working days until dispatch, depending on stock. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

All packages are posted with Royal Mail and you can choose on the checkout page from 1st or 2nd class and signed for. For Special Delivery by 1pm you must order at least 24 hours in advance to postage day. All International post is Tracked and Signed for only.

At present Monster Pink are only shipping within Europe. All prices are according to Royal Mail 2021 price guide.

If you purchase different products in a single order, such as a Greeting Card (Standard 1st Class Delivery = £0.85) and a Pair of Champagne Flutes (Standard 1st Class Delivery – Small Parcel 1kg = £3.85), the size and weight are added together. As long as they still fit the Small Parcel criteria there will only be one charge. So in this example both products weight & size fit into a Small Parcel 1kg making a total delivery charge of £3.85 for Standard 1st Class. You can of course upgrade to signed for.

Unless the customer requests and pays the extra I am unable to track parcels, as this option is very expensive and I am trying to keep postage charges as low as possible. I do get proof of posting and insurance, and can email this on request.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete postal address. If you need an item sent to a different address, please add at checkout.
