Our Returns Policy
Refunds & Returns
While we hope you will be happy with your purchases, we know that sometimes you may need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you need to know. All Sales are final and non-refundable unless items arrive broken, or a typographical/design error by MonsterPink is made. Please email us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org and attach pictures if this is the case, so we can claim the insurance and replace your products quickly. T-shirt colours and vinyl can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. Please make sure that you check the item description as well as the design to make sure you get the right colour. All glassware etchings are handmade and as such small variations can sometimes occur. Glasses may vary slightly from those shown in images, due to availability.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Personalised products can’t be refunded unless faulty or damaged or a typographical/design error by MonsterPink is made. If this is the case please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery with images of damage.
Changed your Mind
That’s no problem, as long as your purchase is an off-the-shelf product, I will accept returns and exchanges providing you contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Is There A Problem With Your Order
We do our very best to make sure your goods are received in good condition, but if this isn’t the case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery.
Return of Goods
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for refunds. We would recommend a form of tracked mail to ensure receipt. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
Receiving Your Refund
Once the goods have been received your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the account/card used for purchase.
